Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline
- 1+ years engineering experience in manufacturing, design, test, or development (internships/projects applicable)
- Understanding of vehicle schematics, systems, and operations
- Hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting experience
- Ability to write and execute test procedures and provide go/no-go judgment
- Comfort working in production environments and on the manufacturing floor
- Ability to pass required background checks and meet ITAR eligibility
Responsibilities
- Design high-level vehicle assembly architecture and integration flow
- Manage vehicle integration build flow and coordinate test operations
- Evaluate designs for manufacturability and integration implications
- Interface with engineers and technicians to optimize manufacturing and automation
- Develop and refine manufacturing assembly procedures from lessons learned
- Enable day-to-day execution of integration and test activities
- Evaluate non-conformances, determine root cause, and create corrective actions
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering discipline (required)
- Master’s degree in engineering (preferred)
