We're a venture-backed startup building everything in-house. From our weather data technology to claims processing, we own the entire stack. This means we can move faster, price more accurately, and deliver better coverage than traditional carriers stuck with outdated systems.
With home insurance costs skyrocketing, we're offering the only affordable wind/hail coverage in the market. Our coverage is resilient to fraud and market volatility because we control every part of the process. We're building the infrastructure to provide homeowners with consistent, affordable insurance when they need it most.
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to own and drive our marketing efforts. You'll be the dedicated strategist and executor who sets direction, plans campaigns, and ensures our marketing is proactive rather than reactive.
Working alongside our Marketing Designer, you'll build and manage multi-channel campaigns, track performance through data-driven dashboards, and align marketing initiatives across Sales, Product, and Leadership. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be shaping our marketing direction while also getting your hands dirty in the day-to-day work.
Run multi-channel campaigns. Set up, test, and launch digital campaigns across email, social, and display, accurately and on schedule.
Own SEM and SEO. Manage Google Ads accounts, optimize campaigns, and contribute to SEO initiatives including on-page best practices and content optimization.
Build marketing automation. Create and deploy automated, data-driven journeys across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging.
Track what matters. Build and manage KPI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into marketing performance and measure campaign impact.
Shape our assets. Review, propose, and ideate on marketing materials, both print and digital, partnering with our Marketing Designer to bring them to life.
Document and communicate. Write clear documentation of procedures and findings. Keep Product, Sales, and Leadership aligned on priorities and execution.
Have the experience. 3 to 5 years executing digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results, ideally in startups or fast-paced environments.
Know the tools. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Understand the channels. Strong grasp of SEM, SEO, paid social, email marketing, and how they work together.
Use data to decide. You build dashboards, track KPIs, and optimize based on performance, not gut feeling.
Communicate clearly. You can align stakeholders, document processes, and work effectively across teams.
Work autonomously. Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You prioritize, adapt, and deliver without constant direction.
