Snowball is hiring a YouTube Video Producer for a confidential client — an iconic financial services company serving millions of clients.
This is a rare opportunity to build a major financial brand’s YouTube presence from the ground up, creating content that will provide help and inspire confidence, empowering people to feel in control of their financial lives.
You’ll collaborate with Snowball’s YouTube creative team (27M+ subs, 110B+ views across backgrounds) to produce awesome YouTube-first formats. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who loves turning complex, intimidating topics into content that feels human, engaging, and shareable.
Produce YouTube-first content that highlights the client’s expertise and human-led care.
Lead end-to-end production: scripting, filming, producing, and post-production collaboration.
Translate taxes, money, and financial services into clear, relatable, and emotionally resonant stories.
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and growth goals.
Use performance insights to continuously optimize content for reach, retention, and relevance.
5+ years of video production, filmmaking, or content creation experience with a strong portfolio (YouTube experience preferred).
Proven ability to make technical or complex subjects engaging and accessible.
Experience creating YouTube-optimized content that balances education with entertainment.
Strong organizational/project management skills and ability to manage multiple workflows.
Collaborative, proactive mindset and comfort working with distributed teams.
