Skills
- Proficient in Python and SQL
- Experience with pandas and data tooling
- Familiarity with LLM-based workflows and production ML techniques
- Experience building evaluation frameworks and benchmark reports
- Comfort with synthetic data generation and data augmentation pipelines
- Experience consuming and integrating with backend APIs
- Familiarity with visualization and lightweight app tools (e.g., Plotly, Streamlit, Dash)
- Strong technical communication and client-facing experience
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales during presales calls to assess technical fit, scope projects, and craft tailored technical assets (specs, data dictionaries, sample sets).
- Design and execute calibration, baseline evaluation, and benchmarking processes to define measurable success criteria.
- Develop and deploy evaluators, quality measurement systems, and ML-assisted tools to validate dataset outputs and ensure client expectations are met.
- Generate and augment datasets, including synthetic data pipelines, to accelerate model development and client engagements.
- Package production-grade datasets with standardized formatting, documentation, and QA procedures.
- Configure custom applications and off-platform solutions for specialized client requirements.
- Define production specifications, align on go-live workflows with client teams, and provide ongoing technical support during transitions.
- Document best practices, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with DaaS Engineering to improve delivery capabilities.
- Maintain solution leaderboards, execute model benchmarking, and identify technical upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant field preferred but not required
