As an Analytics Developer, you will collaborate with the Data Solutions team to bridge the gap between data and stakeholders, providing clean, actionable data to drive efficiencies and improvements. You will transform business requirements into insightful dashboards, models, and applications that streamline processes and create value. You will proactively evaluate, capture, and translate complex business questions into a structured analytical plan, including identification of effective work streams. The Analytics Developer will work on data visualizations and analysis to deliver a concise set of insights through various reporting methods. In this role, you will work with the Data Management Office to implement best practices and processes for data consumption (visualization) and to produce optimal and performant solutions. To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience with collecting data using the Power Platform (Power Apps, MS Flow), developing predictive models and applications, and utilizing LLMs to streamline business processes.
