YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

• You lead strategic customer conversations as a trusted advisor to corporate clients across key U.S. markets including but not limited to Miami, Chicago, Dallas, New York, and Los Angeles 
• You assist Area Sales Managers across multiple time zones, supporting them in driving customer satisfaction and sales performance 
• You manage client accounts throughout the customer lifecycle, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring consistent communication 
• You handle the implementation of clients into internal systems and CRM tools, ensuring accurate and timely data entry 
• You maintain oversight of key KPIs such as revenue generation, service performance, and B2B satisfaction metrics 
• You coordinate targeted campaigns, marketing initiatives, and networking events to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

• Experience You have 2–3 years of B2B experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Consulting 
• Education You have a Bachelor’s degree and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship 
• Technical Proficiency You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems such as Salesforce 
• Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively, and excel in professional communication 
• Commitment to Excellence You are results-driven with a flexible mindset and a positive, team-oriented attitude 
• Travel You are flexible and willing to travel within the designated territory when needed
