Responsibilities: Facilitate professional development for Family Child Care Home providers, offer one-on-one coaching, and support educators in meeting SMART goals with evidence-based practices.
Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, 5+ years of early childhood experience, coaching or mentoring experience, NC-approved Technical Assistance Provider certification preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field required; experience in coaching and mentoring is essential, preferably with NC-approved TAP certification.
Location: This is a remote position based in North Carolina with up to 10% travel required.
Compensation: $65000 / Annually
