We are seeking a compassionate and experienced PMHNP to join our growing, mission-driven organization focused on providing high quality holistic mental health care to the perinatal population. You should also be comfortable managing patients throughout reproductive life stages including menopause. You will work with our clinicians and the Director of Medical Operations in this fully remote, part time W-2 position.  


Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience working with the perinatal population. The candidate should also have at least six months of telehealth experience and is committed to having a profound impact on maternal mental health as this position is designed for PMHNPs who value high-quality care and want to grow with an early stage startup.


What you'll do
  • Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal patients through a fully remote telehealth model
  • Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist
  • This is a part time salaried position, expected to average about 29 hours a week by delivering approximately 24 hours of patient - facing appointment time per week, with up to 5 additional hours dedicated to administrative tasks and required company meetings. 
  • Conduct 60 minute intake and 20-30 minute follow ups using your clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length
  • Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm EST, with a portion of your hours after 4pm est as determined by business needs. 
  • Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices. 
  • Participate in cross- coverage as needed to support continuity of care across the medical group.


Who you are
  • Active PMHNP license in good standing
  • 5+ state licenses in our open | coming soon markets
(Arizona, California, Colorado, DC/District of Columbia, Floridia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia) | (Wisconsin, Michigan, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and/or Massachusetts)
  • RN Compact licensure preferred
  • No DEA required (We do not prescribe controlled substances)
  • Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population
  • 6+ months working in telehealth
  • Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period
  • Grounded in evidence based practices to inform treatment plans and guiding clinical care 
  • Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
  • Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup, contributing to evolving workflows while maintaining high quality mental health care
  • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and google suite, as well as an eagerness to learn new programs efficiently
