Serco has program management and sustainment contracts supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (USD (A&S)). Our staff will review, analyze, and assess readiness requirements for the nuclear enterprise, which consists of legacy weapon systems, new acquisitions to replace legacy systems, and the Nuclear Command and Control Systems (NC3). This includes sustainment analysis, understanding and estimating O&S costs, assessing Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) factors, interfacing with Service program staff, and assisting with program milestone documentation and applicable oversight boards.
Serco will perform analysis and formulate methodologies of product support to include the impact to nuclear lifecycles at the program and enterprise level. Contractor will assist DASD(PS) in analysis of product support and life cycle management decisions related to the acquisition of new weapon systems, sustainment of legacy nuclear weapons, and support of NC3 enterprise. You will be part of a team responsible for highly consequential engagements with stakeholders impacting national security and the defense capabilities of the United States. You will work closely with customers and other Serco teams to deliver quality solutions, recognized by DoD and industry as outstanding contributions in engineering program and risk management across the Defense enterprise.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $119,574.56 to $192,290.94; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
