Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns, building landing pages and automation in Pardot, tracking campaign performance, and collaborating on multi-channel campaigns.
Skills: Candidates must have experience in digital marketing, particularly with Google Ads, paid social campaigns, and proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include 4 years of experience in digital marketing, familiarity with multi-touch attribution, and strong project management and collaboration skills.
Location: This position is based in the USA with remote flexibility.
Compensation: $102400 - $121600 / Annually

We are seeking a Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist to support and optimize Seesaw’s global paid digital acquisition programs. This role blends digital ad execution, marketing operations, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
You’ll manage and optimize Google Ads and paid channels, build supporting automation in Pardot, and ensure accurate lead tracking and attribution in Salesforce. You’ll partner closely with the Director of Demand Generation and regional marketers to drive qualified pipeline from paid programs.
This role reports directly to the Director of Demand Generation.

Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Seesawers. It is our expectation that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at Seesaw will land well within our salary ranges based on these factors.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $ 102,400-$121,600
