A Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes that ensure efficient production and adherence to customer specifications. This position interacts closely with Program Management, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and other departments to optimize manufacturing workflows and improve product quality. The work is performed under limited supervision by the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and evaluated based on results obtained.
Responsibilities
Compensation: Base pay range is $85,000-115,000 depending on qualifications. SEAKR has very rich medical, dental and vision insurance plans, along with a generous 401(k) retirement plan. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a year-end bonus. SEAKR offers a variety of paid leave, such as vacation, sick, bereavement, and FMLA.
