Job Description
- Manage B2B order processing
- Oversee overall operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards in logistics and supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to streamline operations.
- Support purchasing and import process
- Support the Manager in developing budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Korean/English Bilingual Required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong B2B, logistics experience in order management, import, logistics and inventory management: Minimum 2 year
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- A passion for training and communication
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to work in a fast-growing corporate environment
- QuickBooks experience preferred
