The role

We're a San Francisco & Montreal based applied AI startup that's building the future of work in the banking industry. We are tackling a $100 billion/yr problem, doubling every quarter and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with multi-turn AI agentic systems.

Our goal is to tackle the type of automation problems that require long-context reasoning, tool orchestration across legacy systems, and strict compliance loops: the ones without known answers.

We’ve shipped real agents that handle real customer workflows in production. With a growing customer base and live deployments, we’re scaling up fast and looking for deeply technical builders who want to have outsized impact early.

We’re looking for our next rockstar—an AI Sales Engineer—to help financial institutions improve productivity and efficiency with AI. You’ll lead discovery calls across various departments, uncover workflow challenges, and help design AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact. You will be the technical expert in the room during sales cycles, guiding clients through problem identification, solution framing, and ROI articulation

This role is part customer engagement and part workflow analysis.

Your mission is to

  • Lead discovery calls and technical scoping calls with prospects to uncover workflow challenges and inefficiencies in financial institutions.

  • Create workflow maps and reports that highlight operational bottlenecks and identify agentic AI opportunities for automation.

  • Partner with Sales to co-own the pre-sales process from discovery through proposal.

  • Engage executive stakeholders, deliver clear, compelling insights on how Agentic AI drives measurable ROI and transforms operations at scale.

  • Collaborate across the team with sales, customer success, and product to ensure customer success.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, sales engineering, consulting, customer success, business process improvement, or AI-driven automation.

  • Domain expertise either working in an American banking institution or credit union

  • Expertise in workflow mapping, process optimization, and ROI analysis, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and quickly connect the dots.

  • Effective communication skills , experience and comfort in engaging with senior executives and leaders at financial institutions.

  • Experience building business cases and ROI narratives.

  • Growth mindset and curiosity - Have a growth mindset, drive initiatives, and a strong desire to help customers succeed.
