Clinical Recruiter

Overview

JOB SUMMARY

The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for HR functions including:  Primary focus on nursing recruitment and retention strategies, and nursing compensation.  Supports the nursing leadership team with solutions and outcomes towards positive labor relations.  Oversees hospital orientation program while assuring legal compliance. This position supports employees, managers, and Directors by providing solutions and outcomes that reflect the mission and values of the hospital.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education:  High School Diploma required.  Associate or Bachelors degree required.

 

Experience:  5 - 7 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years of healthcare recruitment experience preferred.

 

Knowledge and Skills:  Excellent computer skills including word, power point, excel, and publisher.

 

License/Certifications: PHR or SPHR preferred.  California RN License preferred.

 

Equipment: General office equipment.

 

Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.

 

PAY RANGE

$46.73 - $70.09

 

The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change.  Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills.  For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
