- Advanced SQL for data retrieval and manipulation
- Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Qlik or Tableau
- Familiarity with data warehouse architectures (Snowflake, MongoDB) and normalized pharmacy schemas
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform statistical analyses
- Experience with APIs and data integration patterns
- Strong communication and requirements-gathering skills
Responsibilities
- Interpret data, analyze results, and produce ongoing and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex pharmacy claims datasets
- Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and translate business context into analytics deliverables
- Understand and document the data model, critical entities, and elements across the data warehouse and data marts
- Acquire, clean, and prepare data from primary and secondary sources for analysis and reporting
- Build client-facing output formats and automate repeatable reports
- Perform root cause analysis for data anomalies and communicate findings clearly
- Contribute to development of scalable, self-service BI dashboards (e.g., Qlik) and improve data pipelines and governance
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or related field required
- Postgraduate degree preferred
