Technical Compliance Manager
Skills
- Deep knowledge of gaming regulatory frameworks and technical laws/regulations
- Experience supporting independent/governmental test laboratories and certification submissions
- Strong technical foundation across web technologies, databases, networking, and software development
- People management and team development experience
- Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Interpret, operationalize, and maintain technical regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
- Manage and develop Technical Compliance Analysts and Coordinators, including process and procedure creation
- Liaise with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, independent test labs (ITLs), and regulators to triage and document issues
- Own requirements management for rules, regulations, policies, directives, and technical requirements
- Analyze new/updated regulations and provide structured guidance to internal teams and regulators
- Participate in Change Advisory Board reviews and support change management
- Prepare teams for regulatory audits and evaluations; maintain compliance artifacts and documentation
- Oversee validation of technical controls and support investigations/incident reviews
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (required)
- Advanced or related certifications beneficial (preferred)
