Responsibilities
- Develop strategic theses, market analyses, financial models, and valuations to evaluate and recommend transactions
- Manage strategic planning and opportunity prioritization aligned to company vision
- Lead post-close integration planning and execution to realize strategic and financial value
- Lead cross-functional due diligence and coordinate multiple workstreams and external advisors
- Support negotiation and deal structuring, and prepare materials for executive leadership and the Board
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform strategy
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred
