Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of data scientists and analytics engineers across product and ML domains
- Partner with Crypto product, engineering, finance, and research to drive initiatives like international expansion, pro trader growth, and Wallet adoption
- Deliver robust, data-driven recommendations, analyses, and models influencing product roadmap (stock tokens, perpetuals, blockchain opportunities)
- Foster a culture of analytics excellence, experimentation, and measurable impact
- Represent Crypto Data Science in cross-functional leadership forums and contribute to org-level strategy
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a quantitative discipline preferred
