We’re looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Associate to help us keep our job listings accurate and trustworthy. You’ll be reviewing job postings, verifying company information, and handling data entry tasks that ensure candidates see only high-quality, legit opportunities on Rise.

What You’ll Do

• Review and verify job postings for accuracy, legitimacy, and quality
• Research companies to confirm details like size, industry, and credibility
• Enter and update data across our internal dashboards and systems
• Flag suspicious or duplicate postings and maintain clean records
• Communicate with the team (via chat and email) to resolve verification issues
• Support other data-related projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Attention to detail — you notice the little things others might miss
• Strong research and data entry skills
• Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and online tools
• Clear written communication skills (chat and email)
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Prior data entry, QA, or research experience is a plus
