What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services focused on preventive and restorative care
- Diagnose and treat oral conditions using clinical and radiographic evaluations
- Build trust and rapport through excellent communication and education
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and Office Managers to support high-quality patient experiences
- Uphold OSHA, dental board, and Riccobene clinical standards
- Participate in daily huddles and contribute to a positive team culture
- Support training and mentorship of clinical staff as needed
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active (or eligible) North Carolina dental license
- Valid DEA license, malpractice insurance, and current CPR certification
- Proficiency in restorative dentistry, Invisalign, simple/surgical extractions, and non-molar endo
- 2+ years of experience preferred (strong new grads welcome to apply)
