Who You Are
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will design, build, and own the marketing tech stack to deliver more value to customers and improve internal efficiency. The ideal candidate is strategic, organized, and analytical in their problem-solving approach. You have a passion for analyzing inefficiencies, developing new processes, building reports that matter, and implementing solutions that improve the lives of your colleagues. This position will report to the Technical Growth Manager.
Location
This is a hybrid position based in Sacramento, CA. Candidates must be able to commute to the office as required; Sacramento - 3 days/week (Tues-Thurs), SF/Bay Area - 1 day/week.
Work Authorization

Compensation
$100,000 - $130,000 USD
At Rhombus, we’re committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation that reflects the value each employee brings to our team. When determining an individual’s starting pay, we consider a variety of factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, skillset, and the current market landscape. Rhombus employees may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on the role, including commission, performance bonuses, and/or equity in the company.
