Job Summary:

The Installation Manager is responsible for oversight and management of the all-product Installation teams, with focus on cost and labor scheduling. This includes fleet management, installation scheduling support, and system installation.

· Manage installers to ensure scope of work for jobs is clear and defined, appropriate labor and materials are defined for job completion, and work is performed according to Renuity HomeOrg’s standards and specifications.

· Collect all outstanding Account Balances

· Develop, Train and onboard new hires,

· Handle all customer escalations from install team

· Work with vendors and suppliers to maintain up to date industry application and product knowledge,

· Complete Job Cost Tracker to identify areas of opportunity and improve KPIs and other metrics,

· Develop projections and leverage resources based on business needs.

· Work with Customer Service to optimize scheduling to meet revenue goals.

· Provide job assessment for projects to maximize scheduling to achieve Install Revenue Goals

· Monitor the progress of all installation jobs and maintain reports of time to completion and first-time completion rate. Manage and resolve escalated issues and address customer concerns as needed.

· Assess Installer performance, process payroll, and calculate bonuses.

· Ensure all vehicles follow maintenance plan and are properly maintained, licensed and inspected.

· Monitor GPS for all vehicles and resolve issues that arise (I.e. speeding, violations, tows, etc.)

· Regularly perform team skills assessment and ongoing training of staff, identifying appropriate training resources to fill skill gaps.

· Reviewing all new jobs for labor and skills requirements,

· Managing labor effectively to operational budgets and ratios,

· Ensuring branch inventory counts are accurate,

· Ensuring jobs are staged 3-7 days in advance to ensure materials are available and ready for install team.

· Coordinate logistics of daily morning roll-out, assuring product and documentation is complete.

· Complete weekly progress reports for Management encompassing installation, service, and quality assurance.

· Monitor and schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs ensuring these are up to date.

· Conduct Installer ride-along and quality audits

· Support Territory Operations Manager as required

· Other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions/Physical Requirements of Job:

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

· Education & Experience: 2 years’ manufacturing and operations management experience, CNC programming a plus; Cabinet Vision programming including new product development and S2M testing/implementation preferred.

· 2+ year supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

· Certified Lean Six Sigma Certification (Preferred)

· Computer Skills: Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Mechanical Aptitude - Intermediate skills with electrical schematics, pneumatic applications, and mechanical configurations

Computer Operations:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and the ability to learn and effectively use software applications used in the performance of job duties.

Computer Skills:

· Must be competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Physical Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to sit for long periods of time at a desk using a computer and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

Job Classification:

Job is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with Renuity, LLC salary and benefits policy.

Job is non-exempt and eligible for overtime payment for hours worked over 40 hours per work week consistent with the Fair Labor Standards Act and company policies. Wages and benefits shall be paid consistent with Renuity, LLC wage and benefits policy.

Work Environment:

The work is performed in an office setting. The noise level is moderate.

Travel:

Travel may be required.
