Real Estate Research and Brochure Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful individual to join our team as a Real Estate Research and Brochure Specialist. In this role, you’ll transform simple property addresses—sent by our sales team—into professional, visually appealing brochures for prospective clients across the United States.

You’ll use tools like Google, Google Maps, and AI platforms to research and gather publicly available information about properties, and then create brochures that highlight building specs, property details, and projected energy savings (based on our provided criteria and step-by-step guide).

Responsibilities:

• Research building and location details using online tools such as Google, Google Maps, and AI platforms.
• Compile public information including building specifications, property history, and relevant data.
• Calculate and summarize potential energy savings (training and process provided).
• Design clean, professional brochures that include:
• Photos
• Property specs
• Energy savings and other key information
• Work independently on projects with minimal input beyond the property address.
• (Preferred) Ability to read blueprints or perform takeoffs and counts — to be discussed further.

• Strong research skills using online tools and platforms.
• Basic to advanced design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar).
• Ability to follow a structured process and maintain consistency.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Good written English and attention to detail.
• (Preferred but not required) Experience reading construction blueprints or doing takeoffs.
