Responsibilities

- Perform inspections, audits, and testing to evaluate product and process performance.
- Lead root cause investigations for quality issues in finished goods, in-process, and incoming materials.
- Monitor key quality KPIs and lead improvement initiatives.
- Manage non-conforming materials and customer feedback.
- Collaborate on developing and updating quality standards, work instructions, and documentation.
- Lead quality system initiatives such as change management, document control, audits, and supplier quality.
Education
- Preferred degree in a technical field such as Engineering or Quality Management.
