Responsibilities
- Lead development, deployment and maintenance of the Quality Management System including audits and change management
- Align quality priorities with business unit needs and customer requirements
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, ISO17025 and other relevant standards
- Evaluate readiness and drive compliance with internal and external quality requirements
- Build and develop internal quality system capabilities and support
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define and implement quality workflows
- Manage and mentor quality systems engineers and program managers
- Oversee audit processes and ensure timely resolution of non-conformances
- Drive integration of tools like JIRA, REX, and QMS/EHS platforms
- Develop and track quality metrics to assess system effectiveness
- Partner with training teams to align quality training programs
- Serve as key quality systems contact for new program launches and scaling operations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
