Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to translate business questions into analytics and data science solutions and deliver actionable insights.
- Build and maintain predictive models (prospect scoring, cross-sell/upsell, audience segmentation) to inform targeting and strategy.
- Design, run, and analyze experiments to measure campaign and channel effectiveness; own the end-to-end experimentation loop.
- Solve attribution and budget optimization problems to maximize marketing ROI.
- Define critical KPIs and create dashboards and reports for senior leadership and operational teams.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses and recurring campaign performance deep-dives with accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, revenue, and data platform teams to implement analytics-driven recommendations.
- Improve data and modeling processes to increase efficiency and scalability of marketing analytics.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Math, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering)
- Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field preferred
