Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL and streaming data pipelines.
- Implement data modeling, transformations, and testing using dbt.
- Create and enforce data quality checks and monitoring to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Optimize data warehousing solutions for performance and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with analysts, product managers, and engineers to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production data issues and support on-call rotations.
- Document technical designs, requirements, and deployment processes.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum product development and sprint ceremonies.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree or equivalent work experience considered a plus
