Sometimes I like to ask for feedback, but not always about what I can improve on, but what I'm already do well. Chances are you are always doing a few things that are appreciated that you don't see yourself.
Staying away from social media to not compare other people's success to my own. Reminding myself everyone has a different trajectory in life. Where you are in life is exactly where you need to be.
Continuing to work to do my thing in whatever capacity I need to. As an artist, imposter syndrome is something I deal with regularly, especially on social media. Some days I need to stop looking at social media and just continue creating so I can work through it.
Self-reflection through self-affirmation. Know that your experience is relevant and will help guide you forward. Any type of new change or new role can be intimidating, but you have gotten to where you are by successes and failures. Own it and let it push you into the unknown.
Keep a running list of your accomplishments so you can look back at them when you need a boost. If you already use a project management system, check in on your βcompletedβ projects regularly and save the most rewarding ones for your future reference (and for questionnaires like this!)
