I see myself as growing not only to become the best version of myself. But I make sure to grow as a professional because I want to impact people. Being a teacher is a tough job. It comes with a huge responsibility because you are molding future leaders. If I don’t improve myself, how come the people I teach too?
Happiness and harmony between work life and personal life. Being in a position that doesn't mentally and emotionally drain me to be a shell when I get home. I have worked in the draining positions and done well for myself career wise, just in the past 3 years I have started to focus on the harmony I need for personal and family life.
Making a larger impact on the community! Increasing pay is important to have the home life I dream of without pinching pennies to cover all of the bills.
I'm very research-oriented and analytically driven, hence my degree path, and love to to learn and evolve. That plays a major role, but honestly, it really boils down to self-satisfaction.
I never want to be stagnant and always want learn new things, I think becoming the jack of all trades is my motivation as I want to become just like my dad.
My biggest motivation for growing in my career is to prove to myself that I am capable of achievement; even if it’s the small things. My motivation is also to be able to provide for my future family and be able to be their motivation to do so themselves one day.
