Had a recruiter actually chuckle at me today

I’m a ER nurse, been doin this 15+ years. I told her I’d expect $46-48/hr. That’s fair right? One place already offered that.


She laughed (like out loud) and goes “maybe we can get you to 40.”


LMAO yeah I hung up.
