As a teacher, the idea of my success is when my students pass and learn my subject. It’s the greatest validation that I’m teaching well. My mindset is when many people fail the tests or exams, it’s my failure too because I failed them to teach the lesson. Success for me is making sure that I fulfill my job as a teacher nurturing them for their future career.
