Company moving the goalposts to make us fail

Sounds like they’re trying to clean house without triggering a layoff wave or severance payouts. Corporate math: if 5 people quit, that’s 5 paychecks saved 🤡
I’m starting to feel like my company is raising our targets just to push people out without officially laying them off.
For example, our customer satisfaction score (CSAT) used to be around 85%, which was tough but doable. Now they want it at 92% — and it’s still based on surveys that barely anyone fills out unless they’re mad.
It’s ridiculous. I can give someone perfect service, fix their issue, and they’ll still leave a bad review just because they were annoyed they had to call in the first place. Sometimes they even say, "Nothing personal, but I’m still giving a low score."
It’s not just me either. Everyone on my team is struggling to hit these new numbers. I honestly can’t tell if they want us to quit or if they’re trying to cover for bad leadership decisions. The only thing keeping me sane is my supervisor. He’s actually decent and has our backs when he can. But the rest of this place? Absolutely not it.
