bf got laid off and now depressed AF

context: we recently moved in together to save on rent and then a few weeks later he got laid off. this is his second lay off in like a year and half, so he's really jaded. the proble is we need his income because mine alone cant pay the bills. and now i'm just around him 24/7, he's not really doing much to change his situation, and i don't want to OVERLY annoy him and pester him about it, i just dont know waht to do
