About Prop Firm Match Global FZCO

Prop Firm Match Global FZCO is a leading platform for discovering, comparing, and selecting proprietary trading firms. Role Overview

The Head of Analytics will join Prop Firm Match and Prop Firm One to build a trustworthy analytics foundation for affiliate attribution and product analytics, turning messy cross-domain data into clear, actionable decisions.

Key Performance Objectives

𝟏.  𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝟔 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬; 𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠)
▸ Implement a GDPR-compliant, end-to-end analytics stack (server-side GTM/Conversion API, subIDs, partner postbacks/APIs, BigQuery/Snowflake, dbt, BI tools).

▸ Reconcile partner and clickstream data to produce consistent EPC, RPC, LTV, approval, and refund metrics.

▸ Launch KPI dashboards and alerting systems for real-time monitoring and weekly business reviews.

▸ Define and enforce event taxonomy, ensuring data accuracy and standardization.

▸ Enable rapid root-cause analysis of performance changes within one business day.

𝟐. 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐃𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐬 (𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝟑 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬, 𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠)

Establish a reliable monitoring system for competitive trends, regulatory shifts, and market changes impacting prop trading, fintech, and affiliate ecosystems.

▸ Provide monthly executive briefings that translate market movements into actionable commercial strategies.

▸ Deliver at least three quarterly recommendations that directly influence pricing, partnerships, or market positioning, each supported by projected ROI and risk assessment.

▸ Ensure that external factors (e.g., FX volatility, affiliate traffic shifts, emerging platforms) are modeled for their impact on revenue, acquisition, and retention, with scenario plans prepared in advance of market shifts.

𝟑. 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 

▸ Start hands-on, then, mentor (on demand - hire) a high-performing analytics team

▸ Manage priorities, ensure deadlines are met, and foster a collaborative, results-driven culture.

▸ Represent analytics in leadership discussions, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the company.

Must-have
▸ Experience & outcomes – 6–10+ years in analytics or analytics engineering; expert in SQL; strong Python or R skills; practical statistics knowledge; proven cross-domain and affiliate attribution experience; proficient in GA4, server-side GTM, dbt, and modern BI tools; builder mentality.
▸ Strong background with both internal and external website analytics tools, including GTM, GA4, FB Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, MS Clarity, PostHog, ClickHouse, Tinybird, Cloudflare Browser Insights, and Intercom.
▸ Proven analytical excellence – Exceptionally smart, detail-obsessed, and highly analytical; digs deep into the “why” behind trends, movements, and user behavior.
▸ Clear communication – Able to translate complex data into crisp, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
▸ Hands-on leadership – Comfortable being both an individual contributor and a leader, with the ability to later build and manage a high-performing analytics team.
▸ CET-friendly hours – Available to work within Central European Time overlap to ensure seamless collaboration.
▸ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics)

Nice-to-have
▸ AI/ML Skills – Experience in AI-driven analytics and strong plans for integrating AI tools into workflows.
▸ Industry Background – Prop firm experience (strong plus); FX/brokerage background also valuable; affiliate, marketplace, or fintech exposure; experience with MMM/Bayesian modeling, SaaS product analytics, and SEO testing.
▸ Scalable Systems Mindset – Experience building analytics frameworks, pipelines, and dashboards that scale with company growth.
