Responsibilities
- Evaluate new initiatives including trading products, strategies, office openings, and business verticals to identify operational requirements and risks
- Collaborate with business managers and stakeholders to assess and document business plans
- Assess operational requirements, financial data, pre-go-live conditions, and risks to ensure alignment with firm objectives
- Facilitate discussions to address challenges and propose solutions for successful launches
- Develop and present materials for senior leadership meetings regarding new initiatives
- Create and refine frameworks and playbooks for evaluating new business initiatives
- Provide management reporting on key initiatives and drive execution
- Collaborate across departments to resolve challenges and achieve milestones
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and resources to guarantee successful execution
- Update senior leadership on initiative status, progress, challenges, and next steps
Education
- Relevant higher education degree (typically Bachelor's or higher) in Business, Finance, or related fields
