Job Description:
We are seeking a Principal of Content Strategy Intelligence to lead our content strategy org’s research and analysis practice. This role will develop a deep understanding of emerging technology, competitive trends, Pluralsight practices and audience behavior to help us prototype the future of Pluralsight’s content creation.
The Intelligence Principal will work across the content organization as an embedded resource to develop and expand practices that help us efficiently meet the needs of our customers. This role will also be responsible for refining the specifications and priorities for the Content Strategy team’s in-house prototypes.
As a leader reporting to the Senior Director of Content Strategy, you will translate your research data into actionable recommendations, develop frameworks for evaluating initiatives, run test projects and partner with the Director of AI-Driven Content Innovation to ensure that our R&D work is optimized for both real-world performance and to win the future.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $115,500 - $160,400 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
