$145,000.00 - $217,400.00Purpose Statement: The Quality Director combines process quality assurance with customer product quality and drives compliance to the Plexus Quality Management System and organizational goals. This role partners closely with operations teams in manufacturing, sustaining services and customer management. The Director will focus on quality and delivery targets while minimizing the Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and improving operational efficiency. This is a key indirect leadership role, responsible for leading the Quality Operations Function for multiple Plexus sites within a Geographical Region, Business Unit or Industry Segment.
