- Solid understanding of distributed systems, task queues, and message brokers like Celery, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
- Familiarity with orchestration platforms such as Apache Airflow, Dagster, and Prefect.
- Experience working with LLMs like GPT, LLaMA, and Claude is preferred.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
- Competence with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype multi-step agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Build connectors and adapters for internal services including APIs and data stores.
- Implement workflow orchestration with tools such as Airflow and Dagster.
- Optimize agent throughput, latency, and reliability with caching and load balancing.
- Instrument agents for observability, logging, metrics collection, and alerting.
- Co-author reference implementations and conduct internal workshops for partner teams.
- Develop safety filters, rate-limits, and policy enforcement to ensure secure AI agent operations.
- Collaborate with Ethics and QA teams to integrate bias detection and fallback mechanisms.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
