Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives in People Experience, manage timelines and deliverables, and facilitate collaboration among various teams while maintaining project documentation and stakeholder communication.
Skills: Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills; familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems; ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: 3-6 years experience in HR project management or strategic HR programs, with proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

About the Role
The Manager, People Strategy & Projects is a key strategic partner to the Senior Vice President, People and Chief People Officer, supporting the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives across the People Experience department.
This role serves as the project manager and connector for strategic people programs — including the job description modernization, career lattice and skills alignment work, job catalog refresh in BOB, and recruiting process rebranding. You’ll coordinate priorities, milestones, communication, and stakeholder engagement to ensure these projects move from concept to execution efficiently and cohesively.
You’ll collaborate across all areas of the People team and other teams, as applicable — while aligning systems, timelines, and outcomes to our broader People strategy.
