We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:

This is an ABM Marketing Manager dedicated to supporting Enterprise Payment product campaigns at PayPal and based in Austin, Texas. You will be responsible for executing targeted ABM campaigns to drive engagement, build pipeline, and generate qualified leads within defined accounts. You will play an essential role in translating marketing strategies into measurable business results by aligning ABM initiatives with sales and product priorities.

The ABM Marketing team within is responsible for driving strategic account-based marketing initiatives that support enterprise growth and sales alignment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, demand generation, and customer success to deliver cohesive, high-impact marketing programs. Reporting to the ABM Marketing Director, you will contribute directly to the success of PayPal’s enterprise payments.

  • Lead complex marketing projects and initiatives to drive business growth
  • Resolve complex marketing problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Determine methods and procedures for new marketing assignments
  • Implement global process improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in marketing best practices

Expected Qualifications:

  • 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:

In your day-to-day role, you will...

  • Execute targeted ABM campaigns for Enterprise Payment Solutions: implement personalized marketing campaigns tailored to strategic enterprise accounts, aligning with the overall ABM and enterprise payments strategy.
  • Manage ABM digital campaigns: oversee the execution and optimization of ABM-focused digital marketing efforts, including email marketing, content syndication, social media advertising, and programmatic initiatives.
  • Drive lead generation and engagement: collaborate with sales and demand generation teams to identify and engage key stakeholders within targeted enterprise payment accounts, working on ABM programs and account lists.
  • Coordinate ABM events, webinars, and industry-specific engagements for Enterprise Payment Solutions: plan and execute account-centric events and virtual experiences to deepen engagement and support pipeline acceleration within the enterprise payments segment.
  • Content development and distribution: work with content and creative teams to develop personalized and relevant content for accounts across multiple channels to enhance account engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: partner closely with sales, product marketing, demand generation, and customer success to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness for enterprise payments.
  • Measure and analyze ABM performance: track and report on campaign metrics and KPIs, using insights to optimize ABM strategies and tactics

What do you need to bring:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in managing and executing B2B or ABM campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and technology platforms.
• Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in technology, fintech, or SaaS industries.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Demandbase.
