Responsibilities
- Own and manage the comprehensive transaction monitoring program, including annual red flags assessments and implementation of new regulatory guidance
- Oversee contractor staffing and L2 review performance to meet quality standards and regulatory expectations
- Translate complex blockchain and fiat transaction data into actionable, risk-based recommendations for leadership
- Develop and maintain monitoring procedures and documentation to support regulatory examinations and narrative-building
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and implement real-time monitoring improvements
- Monitor emerging regulatory developments and industry best practices and adapt monitoring strategies accordingly
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Relevant compliance certifications or training (e.g., CAMS) beneficial
