Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Owner / Product Builder reporing to CEO with strong entrepreneurial instincts, technical understanding, and market vision to drive new product builds from concept to launch.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and business growth, and is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup-style environment inside a scaling company.

  • Own the lifecycle of new product initiatives — from ideation and market validation to MVP, launch, and scaling.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to build new revenue-generating products and services that complement OptiSigns’ core platform.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to define product strategy, roadmap, and delivery timelines.
  • Gather insights from customers, market data, and internal analytics to drive prioritization and refine product-market fit.
  • Develop clear success metrics (adoption, activation, retention, revenue growth) and track performance post-launch.
  • Build, test, and iterate quickly — owning prototypes, user feedback loops, and go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to drive adoption and ensure a strong value narrative.
  • Champion innovation within the company — introducing frameworks, tools, and best practices for building new offerings efficiently.

  • 4+ years experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Startup Building (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Proven record of taking new digital products from concept to launch — ideally with measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of user experience, design thinking, and agile development.
  • AI and Data-driven mindset — able to use insights and metrics to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to influence across teams.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats — strategist, builder, operator, and innovator.
  • Background in software, SaaS, or digital signage is a strong plus.
