Skills
- Experience with Salesforce and internal case management systems
- Proficiency with GSuite and Microsoft Office

- Basic to intermediate SQL (preferred)
- Familiarity with e-OSCAR and Metro 2 format (preferred)
- Knowledge or willingness to learn FCRA, UDAAP, ECOA, TILA and related regulations
Responsibilities
- Resolve indirect disputes via the e-OSCAR system and respond to bureau inquiries
- Handle direct customer credit reporting disputes received by phone, email, or letter
- Investigate root causes for disputes by collaborating with business unit owners across teams
- Coordinate with credit bureaus to verify how information is being reported
- Work with Complaints, Operations, and other departments to correct reporting and resolve customer concerns
- Document findings, update case notes, and track dispute remediation and outcomes
- Recommend process improvements to reduce repeat disputes and reporting errors
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Preferred fields: finance, accounting, business, or related disciplines
