About The Role
We’re looking for a Brand Strategist with deep experience to join our team and help shape the future of our brands. The ideal candidate has extensive expertise building foundational brand strategy for world-class brands as well as guiding communications to diverse audiences.
This role will work with company leaders to define brand architecture, craft integrated campaigns, develop directive insights, and steer teams to create real, measurable impact.
This is an opportunity to join an innovative team at a critical moment. This full-time, hybrid role is based in New York City (three days per week in-office), with occasional travel to San Francisco.
In this role you will:
Leverage quantitative and qualitative research to extract key insights and transform complex data into engaging, narrative-driven strategies that connect with our diverse audience.
Develop, refine, and maintain our brand architecture to ensure a consistent, differentiated positioning in the market. Create a cohesive framework that aligns our visual identity, messaging, and tone across every touchpoint.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Product, Sales, and Design—to craft and execute integrated campaigns.
Create high quality creative briefs, and refining creative solutions along the way (across audiences)
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Use data analytics to continuously measure and optimize brand performance, ensuring strategies are both innovative and effective.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
10+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the tech sector
Ability to collaborate deeply with creative, product and design teams to develop integrated strategies
Experience building brand foundations from scratch - and being agile and thoughtful about how to adapt
Experience leading strategy for scaled, high-impact campaigns targeting diverse audiences
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable brand insights.
Exceptional communication and creative storytelling abilities, with a track record of working with creative and wide XFN teams to develop compelling brand narratives.
Deep understanding of AI and its potential roles for consumers and businesses.
Experience collaborating across creative, marketing, product, and leadership teams in fast-paced environments.
