About the Role:

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in positioning Onit’s products as market leaders, driving adoption, and enabling revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and a knack for bridging the gap between technical details and customer value. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to plan and execute quarterly go-to-market product launches, deliver enablement, and ensure our customers and teams understand the value of our solutions.  


The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands how to turn customer pain points into compelling value propositions, and knows how to equip go-to-market teams with the insights they need to win.  


Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end process for quarterly product launches, including GTM planning, messaging, positioning, and execution. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful rollouts. 
  • Develop launch collateral (datasheets, presentations, customer-facing content) that translates product features into customer value. 
  • Partner with Enablement, CS, and CX teams to deliver impactful training, content, and resources. 
  • Create and maintain product playbooks, battlecards, FAQs, and objection-handling materials. 
  • Run enablement sessions to keep GTM teams current on product capabilities and positioning. 
  • Capture and synthesize customer feedback to inform product messaging and roadmap priorities. 
  • Ensure product messaging reflects both customer pain points and Onit’s differentiated value. 
  • Collaborate with customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and proof points. 
  • Act as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing. 
  • Influence product roadmap decisions by bringing customer insights and competitive analysis to Product. 
  • Align internal teams around shared GTM goals and success metrics. 
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT and other generative AI applications) to accelerate content creation, market analysis, and competitive intelligence. 
  • Ensure efficiency and accuracy by leveraging AI responsibly across workflows. 
  • Track competitors and market trends, delivering insights and tools for Sales and CS teams. 
  • Develop competitive positioning frameworks and guidance. 


Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus). 
  • 5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology. 
  • Proven success managing end-to-end product launches and GTM strategies. 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement. 
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical features into clear customer value. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of deliverables. 
  • Strong analytical skills; able to distill research and data into actionable insights. 
  • Ideally experience in legal operations, legal tech, or adjacent industries. 


$107,400 - $130,000 a year
Base Range: $107,400-$130,000
Bonus: 8%

At Onit, we’re committed to offering fair and competitive compensation. In addition to base pay, associates are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The final base salary you receive will reflect factors such as your skills, education, experience, and work location.
