As a Pricing Analyst, you embody the One Park Financial brand both internally to your colleagues and outwardly to the world alike.

This full-time position will work on credit decisioning and analysis for our business financing products, primarily revenue-based financing.  

The Pricing Analyst will report directly to the Director of Pricing and will be responsible for the initial review and analysis/pricing of new and renewal business accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in finance, underwriting risk, or analytic roles. They should be comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, be driven to succeed, and be highly analytical & detail-oriented.

The ideal candidate also needs to be already residing in the Miami, Florida area to be able to make the daily commute to our beautiful offices in Coconut Grove.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessment and analysis to generate tailored financing offers for small businesses.
• Review business bank statements and credit profiles to assess the associated risk and establish appropriate pricing structures.
• Review repayment behaviors to differentiate between an excellent and a poor payer.
• Analyze risk factors and look for opportunities to improve the risk/reward equation.
• Evaluate pricing strategies and test innovations.
• Ensure pricing policy is consistently followed in execution.

• 2+ years' experience in risk, underwriting, finance, or analytical positions.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with credit bureaus, open banking (Plaid) and other risk assessment tools.
• Comfortable with modeling and risk scoring.
• Business and/or subprime lending experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred.
• Must have strong communication skills & the ability to work well in a team setting.
