Responsibilities
- Maintain office and resident files confidentially and accurately
- Safeguard and timely deposit all monies received on the property
- Promptly attend to resident comments and complaints
- Assist leasing team with showing apartments and leasing responsibilities
- Inspect apartments prior to move-in for readiness
- Fill in for Property Manager during absences
- Manage and monitor all rental collections and deposits
- Conduct move-out assessments and final account statements
- Report liability claims, legal complaints, or violations to management
- Stay informed on market trends and sub-market activities impacting occupancy and income
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
