Responsibilities
- Assemble and lead multidisciplinary project teams, aligning skills and resources to objectives
- Define, communicate, and manage project scope, schedule, and budget; act as primary client liaison
- Develop and monitor project budgets and financial performance; manage billing and contract requirements
- Secure resources and drive timely completion of all project phases (site investigations through construction)
- Implement quality management and safety plans; ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Conduct regular client and internal team meetings to maintain alignment and manage risks
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support project success and future opportunities
- Mentor and develop junior project managers and project staff
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
- Associate degree with equivalent experience accepted
