Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to adult clients using short-term, evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, Unified Protocol, CPT/PE)
- Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and track progress using standardized measures
- Deliver culturally responsive care and build strong therapeutic alliances with diverse clients
- Offer sessions via video and in-person from your own commercial or home office
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and billing records
- Collaborate with the clinical team and participate in feedback-informed care processes
- Use company telehealth tools and meet IT/system requirements for virtual care
Education
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited program
- Current, active licensure at the masters or doctoral level in Washington state
- Good standing with the relevant licensing board
