WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Lead the design process from kickoff through production to deliver the electrical drawing set and electrical bills of materials (EBOMs).
Ensure electrical prints and EBOMs meet quality, code, and design standards while supporting on-time project delivery.
Address issues identified during initial design reviews and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate across teams to resolve design issues, clarify scope, and ensure project alignment.
Provide clarity and direction to support Production during the build and test processes.
Coach and mentor the next generation of technical talent.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
5+ years experience preferred
Proven experience in electrical design, project engineering, or manufacturing support roles.
Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and power system design principles.
Knowledge of bill of materials (BOM) creation and management.
ERP system knowledge preferred
